Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended! I had a wonderful experience during my stay. Check-in was quick and smooth. Every employee I interacted with was friendly, professional and eager to help. My room was spotless and comfortable. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding service.
Great breakfast, staff was super friendly, and place was clean. Staff had recommended several places and we had a wonderful time. We ran a little late for breakfast but they didn’t mind letting us get food and waited another 10 minutes before they closed.
great location for couple days in Bardstown normal holiday inn express Breakfast bar wasn't too good but had one The front desk person wasn't much of a people person The trolly by the front door gives the impression that it may transport guests to local attractions or something but it just sits there in the way. Front desk clerk was the worst part about this stay. Never at front desk, very nonchalant and dismissive. Should not be greeting guests. Other than that the rooms and breakfast were great!
Can't even begin to say how great our stay was. This place is newer but you can tell it is very well maintained. Walking the halls and common areas on the first floor you can see how clean things are. I also noticed no lights were burned out. (Usually a great sign on how well maintained a place is). The pool area was very nice and the other amenities like the exercise room are well kept. The free breakfast is not your standard continental breakfast. We enjoyed a very large breakfast buffet with lots of options. Seating in the lobby area is plentiful and comfortable. All the staff we encountered, had a smile and was very polite. Even asked the clerk at the front desk our first evening there what was around to do, and she was very knowledgeable of events taking place nearby. Our room was spacious and room service did a great job with us being therel a couple of nights We usually travel and stay in hotels quite a bit and most hotels offer a good experience. This place was different. The entire time we felt as if they knew we were staying with them and appreciated the fact we stayed with them.
I had an issue with the first room, but Jaime immediately moved me to another room. Everything else has been great!

I had such a lovely stay here! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, which made it perfect for a little getaway. The room itself was spacious and well-kept, with comfy beds and everything we needed for a relaxing night. Staff were friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out, which I always appreciate. One of the best parts was the indoor pool — super clean, warm, and perfect for unwinding. It’s definitely a highlight of the hotel and such a nice bonus, especially during colder weather. Overall, I’d absolutely stay here again. Great service, cozy rooms, and that indoor pool alone makes it worth the visit! Highly recommend for families, couples, or anyone wanting a comfortable stay.
